The leading principal and founder of WJM Engineering, Inc., William J. Mohan, P.E., has more than 40 years of experience as a professional engineer. His extensive training and continuing education are proof of his commitment to professional development. Bill has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He is a certified Home Inspector and was certified as an Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers in 1982.
Bill has developed and managed third-party inspection programs for residential builders. He advises builders and developers with homeowner association (HOA) transitions. He provides technical consultation in all phases of residential and commercial building structures. Prior to founding WJM Engineering, he was a project engineer at consumer products, health care and chemical plants. His engineering work consisted of plant expansions, process design, and infrastructure improvements.
