Structural Engineering

Structural engineers use applied mechanics, materials science, and mathematics to design the components that create the form and shape of buildings. Our structural engineers ensure that the structures we design are adequate to resist the code prescribed gravity and lateral design loading, including dead, live, snow, wind, flood, and seismic loading. Structural design considerations include cost, material availability, efficiency, and constructability. With decades of structural design and evaluation experience, we work with our clients to develop creative and robust designs to meet their project requirements.
