WJM Engineering, Inc. provided the structural and architectural design for the 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 ½” bath approximately 5520 SF single family residence. We worked closely with the customer during all phases of construction. WJM provided client review drawings, project status updates and exceeded the customer's project deadlines. The design includes a first-floor covered deck, a second-floor deck, a raised pile foundation, lower level, first & second floor plans and framing plans and roof framing plan. The structural design services include wood framed shear walls for high wind areas. The gravity member design includes flush steel, flitch plate, and engineered lumber framing members. We also conducted an extensive pre drywall framing inspection during the construction phase.
